Students recently learned more from Venezuelan culture. Hytia Nisivoccia taught four new dances to the students in Spanish. Starting off, they learned a dance called Merengue. Second, they learned how to Salsa. Next, they learned the Tambor, a cultural dance originating from slaves in Africa. One of the Spanish teachers Mrs.Divine organized for Ms. Nisivoccia to teacher her students the cultural dances.
“I love seeing everyone smile and dance,” Mrs. Devine said.
They finished off with the Cumbia.
“The classes were excellent and very good,” Señora Nisivoccia stated.
