Joseph C., student and advanced creative writing student, speaks on what Claw & Ink means to him.
“Claw & Ink to me is an experience that enhances the culture of writing as a school population. What I mean by this is having a publication that all students and even teachers can be a part of really gives people a chance to express themselves with pros or poems to Claw & Ink is an experience.”
Joseph is a bit different from the other advanced creative writing students because he did not take intro to creative writing Joseph got in on recommendation how is he doing without the first class
“I think i am doing well, however I am still learning though the lessons the non-advanced class receive. This is because I believe every amount of information is important.”
Is giving this is there more pressure on Joseph then the others
“Yes I feel as though I am behind but I also feel like I can keep up as long as I am putting in the work to keep making progress. I also listen to the non-advanced lessons and ask many questions to aid my experience.”
What will you be doing for Claw & Ink?
“Yes I will be doing a poem for Claw & Ink. i’m not going to say much about it but it will be a longer piece that will be something new and a different style that I am used to. To hopefully improve my writing as a hole.”
