Mount Hood – This mountain is an active volcano! Although it didn’t erupt while I was there, it was steaming. It is a very tall mountain which helps it have snow. This snow is utilized for ski resorts around the mountain.
Oregon Forests – Almost half of the state of Oregon is forestland. Not only that but the forestland is covered with trees. The trees are super tall. In comparison to a person they are probably 7 times a human size.
Oregon Wildlife – Oregon has a wide variety of wildlife. It consists of bears, beavers, elk, and more. These animals are very easy to spot as you’re enjoying the outdoors. Even though they are cute and cuddly that doesn’t mean you should actually interact with the wildlife.
Oregon Coast – Right after enjoying Oregon’s ski resorts you can visit the coast. Home to a multitude of sea lions. An activity many tourists tend to partake in is watching these sea creatures. It’s not always sunny, but there are still plenty of beaches to enjoy.
