On Friday night, the Lady Tigers honored their seniors as they took on the Lady Buccaneers of Buckhannon-Upshur. The entire first half was a back and forth affair but B-U went into the locker room with a 20-16 halftime lead. In the third, the Tigers were able to shrink the lead down to 2 going into the fourth. 2 points is the closest they could get that lead down to as Buckhannon takes the win 43-37. Kenna Maxwell led all scoring with 24 points. Graclin Corley led all Lady Tiger scoring with 13 points. Elkins finishes the regular season at 9-12 and gets the 3 seed in Region 2 Section 2 and will travel to face 2 seed Lincoln on Wednesday, February 22.
