Rapper Kanye West is back at it again but with something different this time. Kanye West has recently changed his name to Ye. West has gone by the nickname “Ye” in the past by rappers and fans alike. This has come as a shock to some but not to all since he has gone by Ye in the past, and considering his lifestyle, and past decision making.

Even though he’s being judged by others, whether it be negatively or positively, Kanye doesn’t seem to care what people think about him.

“It was kind of weird for Kanye to change his name because that is what he has been known as his entire life,” said Caleb McVicker, a junior at Elkins High School.
