On Thursday night, the Tigers were on the road in Morgantown to take on the Hawks of University. University pulled out a lead in the first quarter. The Hawks blew the game wide open by opening the second quarter with a 15-2 run and took a 34-18 lead into the locker room. The Tigers failed to score in double digits in the third and the game was pretty much decided in the fourth as Elkins falls on the road by a final score of 65-43. Carson Ford led all scoring with 17 points. Cory Harper led all Tiger scoring with 15 points. The Tigers fall to 11-9 on the season and will be back in action Saturday, February 18 to take on Charleston Catholic.
